RESERVATION POLICY

The rates published on this Site are valid only on the day of their quotation and are subject to change without prior notice. The rates shown are guaranteed upon receipt of the corresponding payment. All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is considered completed when you have a confirmation number and the corresponding charge has been applied.

By booking online or by phone, you authorize the use of the credit card number provided to make the payment, expressly confirming that you know and accept our reservation, payment, disclaimer and cancellation policies. All changes to a reservation are subject to availability and rate re-quoting.

You need to print your reservation coupon and present it when claiming the services you reserve.

These policies also apply to cancel reservations made in fixed payments


PAYMENT POLICY

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Stripe, Paypal as a payment method. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, contact our Call Center.

The amount corresponding to the reservation will be charged immediately to your credit card.

Rates shown in Mexican pesos will be charged in Mexican pesos. Rates shown in US dollars will be charged in US dollars for transactions with Visa and MasterCard cards.

The billing of all services will be made from 24 to 72 hours after having completed the total payment of the requested services.

RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

Rancho Viejo when rendering its services, observes and is strictly bound by the provisions of the General Tourism Law, the Federal Consumer Protection Law and other applicable legislation.

Rancho Viejo provides services as an intermediary between the client and the provider of the goods and services published on this website. Rancho Viejo establishes commercial negotiations within its own quality and service standards, such as, but not limited to: lodging, ground transportation, choosing only the most qualified and prestigious providers in the market.

By this means the client authorizes Rancho Viejo to act as a mediator in the hiring of the different chosen services, to make up his tourist package.

Rancho Viejo declares that:

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Rancho Viejo will not assume responsibility for any claim, cost or expense produced by personal or third party injuries, accidents or death, loss or damage of personal belongings, lack of fun, anger, disappointment, anguish or frustration (whether mental or physical) resulting from the following causes:

  1. Acts or omissions of anyone other than Rancho Viejo or its employees;

  2. Illness, theft, labor disputes, strikes, mechanical failures, quarantine, government actions, weather conditions, or any other cause beyond the direct control of Rancho Viejo;

Impossibility of the client to travel due to not having the required documents such as, but not limited to, valid passports, visas, personal identification, prescriptions or medical and certified documents.   4. Customer failure to follow instructions including, but not limited to flight departure times, time and date of entry and exit at hotels, and coupon redemption policies;

  5. Cancellation or change for any reason of the travel services offered and contracted by the Client. Rancho Viejo reserves the right to cancel or change the published services, but will try to replace them with similar services. If a reservation must be canceled, Rancho Viejo's liability will be limited to the refund of all money paid by the client;

  6. Total refunds do not apply in situations in which the trip has to be canceled, interrupted or postponed by Rancho Viejo for reasons beyond its control (force majeure, such as, but not limited to, weather conditions, hurricanes, earthquakes , strikes, wars, acts of terrorism, etc.) and in which Rancho Viejo's contractual obligations with its suppliers do not allow it to obtain reimbursement of the amount paid or to be paid to the supplier on behalf of the client. In these cases, Rancho Viejo reserves the right to retain 30% of the total amount paid for the reservation as an administrative expense and the remaining amount will be reimbursed with a nominative electronic voucher valid for 6 (six) months.

  7. Despite the fact that rates are constantly updated, in remote cases there is the possibility that there may be changes in rates without prior notice due to contingencies or force majeure. In these cases, the provider may not have a way to quickly update rates. Rancho Viejo makes periodic reviews where there may be differences between the price paid for the reservation and the price required to use the service. In case of changes in the rates, if it results in a lower price, that price will be charged and the difference will be refunded. If it results in a higher price, one of our Tourist Advisors will contact the Client and inform about the change. Rancho Viejo is not responsible for claims or inconveniences derived from the change of rates or the cancellation of the reservation.

Rancho Viejo will not assume any responsibility and the Client releases Rancho Viejo from all responsibility, from any claim, cost, expense or loss that The Client may suffer including any personal injury or third parties, accidents or death, damage to personal belongings, loss of fun, anger, disappointment, anguish or frustration, whether mental or physical, provided they are the result of:

  2. Any failure or lack on the part of the Client at the time of enjoying the contracted services.

  3. Any failure or failure of the Client to observe or comply with the terms and conditions, policies, instructions, recommendations, security measures, etc. of the final Service Providers.

  4. Cases of force majeure or fortuitous cases such as: strikes, delays, earthquakes, armed conflicts, hurricanes, snowfall, etc. (that are not attributable to Rancho Viejo).

  5. Acts or omissions of anyone other than Rancho Viejo.

TRANSFER CANCELLATION POLICIES

  1. Cancellations made one (1) day before the transfer date will be penalized with 100% of the total amount of the reservations.

  3. A full refund (with electronic voucher) of the amount paid will be offered in the following cases:

EXCURSION CANCELLATION POLICIES

Service refund will be granted:

  1. When the service is canceled by the provider.

  2. Due to illness, presenting a medical report.

  3. Cancellations or date changes are made before 11:00 am the day before the service.

Refunds will not be given in the following cases:

  1. If the client does not show up on the date and time of the service.

CANCELLATION POLICIES OF HOTEL RESERVATIONS

For any changes made during the date specified in this communication, the original reserved rates will be respected.

The Hotel charges penalty charges, if a reservation is canceled during the following seasons:

  1. From 24 / Apr / 2019 - 22 / Dec / 2019 there will be a penalty of one (1) night's stay, if you cancel 1 day before the reservation.

  2. From Dec / 23/2019 - Jan / 02/2020, you will be penalized with the entire stay if you cancel, 14 days before the reservation.

  3. From 03 / Jan / 2020 - 04 / Apr / 2020 will be penalized with two (2) nights of stay, if canceled 1 day before the reservation.

  4. From 05 / Apr / 2020 - 12 / Apr / 2020 will be penalized with full stay, if canceled 14 days before the reservation.

  5. From 13 / Apr / 2020 - 22 / Dec / 2020 there will be a penalty of one (1) night's stay, if canceled 1 day before the reservation.

  6. From 23 / Dec / 2020 - 02 / Jan / 2021 will be penalized with full stay, if canceled 14 days before the reservation.

The Hotel will charge fees for No Show ("No Show"). That is, guests who do not arrive, or do not check in at the Hotel on the date indicated in the reservation confirmation:

  1. From Apr / 24/2019 - Dec / 22/2019 there will be a penalty of one (1) night's stay.

  2. From Dec / 23/2019 - Jan / 02/2020 the full stay will be penalized.

  3. From 03 / Jan / 2020 - 04 / Apr / 2020 will be penalized with two (2) nights of stay.

  4. From 05 / Apr / 2020 - 12 / Apr / 2020 will be penalized with full stay.

  5. From 13 / Apr / 2020 - 22 / Dec / 2020 there will be a penalty of one (1) night's stay.

  6. From Dec / 23/2020 - Jan / 02/2021 will be penalized with full stay.

The Hotel will charge fees for early check-out. That is, guests who leave before their original date, the Full Stay charge will be applied.

Due to the right to environmental sanitation, there will be a charge of $ 26.06 MXN Mexican pesos per room per night, upon arrival at the hotel.
